Project Description: The project aimed to impart employable Light Vehicle Driving skill training and job placement support to 500 unemployed and disadvantaged youths. The project was successful to secure jobs to more than 80% of them.We were able to impart vocational training to 500 trainees, 391 were passed on license exams and 82% were able to find job. UCEP Nepal also provided them with confidence building training and exposure to enhance the job placement.
