Project Description: This project had to train 200 youth with confidence building, market linkage and job placement support. The trainees are not only involved in trade specific training, but also participating in extra-curricular activities to develop their life skills. Around 50% of the trainees are girls. Trainee’s identification, vocational training, career counseling, job placement support and follow up activities after job placement.
