Project Description:
a) Delivery of 50-day mason training to 380 new workers and 9-days skills up-grading training for 220 existing mason workers as per standards defining by Council for Technical Education and Vocational
b) Training (CTEVT) and Department of Urban Development and building Construction (DUDB)
c) Organize Skill Test from National skills Testing Board (NSTB) to the graduates of 50-days training. At least 75% training graduates should pass skill test pass.
d) Certify graduates of 9 days skills up grading training for existing mason workers.
e) Supportive placement supportt to training graduates of both 50 days mason and 9-days skills up grading training for existing mason workers
f) Placement of at least 70% training graduates of 50 days training in gainful employment within six months of training completion. Graduates with prior income working, as laborer should reach a 50% increase in monthly income within 6 months after training Competition.
g) Ensure at least 80% of training graduates of 9days skill up grading training increase their monthly income by 20% within 6 months after training completion.
h) Submit periodical reports to the project for all technical and financial.
i) Skill test provision for 50 days training.
