Project Description:
a) Conduct 7 days mason training to 740 existing mason, 390 hours CTEVT level 1 mason training to 550 unemployed youths in Sindhulpalchowk district. Conduct 390 hours CTEVT level 1 trainings on traits based on labor market assessment of SABAL.
b) Arrange participants’ food and lodging during training period (at least 52 days) Conduct Soft Skill Class in each training event: GESI Component, Environment Compliant and Foreign Employment and Safer Migration.
c) Registration with DUDBC roster for all the trainees.
d) Coordination with all the relevant stakeholders including DDC,DUDBC and HRRP in the district.
e) Facilitate placement within 3 months of the training.
