Project Description: The project was implemented to produce exemplary youths who were displaced during their childhood as a result of conflict in Mid and Far Western development regions of Nepal. They were working in Indian cities as unskilled labor and had frustration and little aspiration for a better life. Project successfully imparted vocational training with career guidance and motivation to 412 youths. More than 85% are now employed and 5% are self-employed serving the society as a change agent. The project was the Prize Winner of the International Project Excellence Award conferred by International Project Management Association (IPMA) in Greece during its annual World Congress in October 2012.
